You meet Zach (or a senior lead) at your house. We listen more than we talk. We sketch rough ideas on paper, take measurements, and tell you on the spot what a realistic budget range is — no follow-up pressure. If we're not the right fit for your project, we'll tell you who is.

Once you're comfortable with the rough scope, we produce real drawings (either our in-house designer or your architect), finalize the material list, and write a fixed-price contract. We walk you through every line. Change orders are written, signed, and priced before any work changes hands.

You see every cost before you sign.
You pay a small initial deposit, then 3-5 milestone draws tied to specific work completed (foundation poured, drywall hung, cabinets set, etc). The final 10% is held as a retainer until punch-list is done. You never pay for work that hasn't happened yet.

You control the cash flow. We earn each draw.
Our 15-person crew does the work — not strangers you've never met. You get your lead's cell phone number. Every Friday afternoon you get a written update: what got done this week, what's next, any schedule or cost changes. If something slips, you hear about it from us, not from a gap in the work.
Weekly Friday update by email. Site walkthrough every 2 weeks.
End-of-day cleanup is non-negotiable. You can keep living in your home.
You walk the project with your lead and write the punch list. We fix everything on it within 5 business days. You get a written 1-year warranty on workmanship. Then — one year later — we show up again for a free check-in: any doors that settled, any caulk that needs re-doing, any tweaks you want. No charge.
